The process of the project Visual and illuminated advertisement or Advertisements on cars:
1. Meeting with LLC “Reklāmas Kompānija GRC” Project Manager in the office or at the Client;
2. Object inspection and photography;
3. Sketch development (1-3 business days);
4. Calculation of cost estimated and it’s approval with the Client;
5. The mutual signing of the contract, cost estimate and colour tone agreement, formation of the pre-payment invoice.
6. Advertisement approval in Riga City Construction Inspection at the corresponding district designer, inspector of state language and inspection of culture monuments (Approval regards only to the visual or illuminated advertisements);
7. Production of advertisement: visual or illuminated advertisement (5 – 30 business days) and Car plastering (1 – 5 business days);
8. Transportation and installation of the advertisement (regards only to the visual or illuminated advertisements);
9. Work handing over, signing of the work handing over – acceptance act, formation of the final invoice;
10. The preparation of the advertisement passport and its handing over to the Client (regards only visual or illuminated advertisements).
Ordering of the flags and flag masts:
When the client orders the flag or flags mast, he makes 100 % pre-payment for the mast or the flag, but the payment for it’s delivery or masts installation is performed by the Client at the moment, when the flag or mast is installed by LLC “Reklamas Kompanija GRC” master at the site, basing on the Transaction receipt.
If the Client orders the large size printing or plotter cutting service, he makes 100 % pre-payment, if there is not concluded the cooperation contract with LLC “Reklamas Kompanija GRC”.
Computer Layout design service:
If the client orders the computer layout design service, he makes 100 % pre-payment, if there is not concluded the cooperation contract with LLC “Reklamas Kompanija GRC”.
