LLC “Reklamas kompanija GRC” provides the free guarantee service for all the PRODUCTION, which is made, sold and installed by LLC “Reklamas kompanija GRC”, if the Guarantee conditions are observed. The terms of the guarantee:
1. For visual and illuminated advertisements, as well as for other structures as normal – 2 years;
2. Car plastering, if all the guarantee conditions are observed, from 1 till 3 years* depending on the chosen membrane;
3. 2 year guarantee for the flag masts, 1 year guarantee – for the rest of the equipment;
4. The guarantee included the prevention of the damages, which have appeared during the production process and have caused the damage of the mechanism or have made the usage of the flag mast impossible;
5. For electrical part – 1 year guarantee for fluorescence bulbs, 2 – 3 year* guarantee for neon luminous pipes and high voltage transformers, 2 – 3 year* guarantee for LED diodes and feeding blocks, if all the guarantee conditions are observed, one till six month guarantee for the spotlights;
6. 6 – 12 month guarantee for all type of plastering works (shop-windows, panels, labels, etc. excepting the car plastering);
7. 6 months* guarantee for flags;
8. 1 – 3 years* guarantee of colour stability for large size printing works.
* The exact guarantee term is explained in the mutually signed contract or cost estimate, but if not, then the above mentioned shortest guarantee terms.
Free guarantee repair for the PRODUCTION is not performed in following cases:
1. If the Client or the third persons have performed the repair works, correction, improvement, tripping, etc. for the PRODUCTION during the guarantee period without written acceptance of LLC”Reklamas kompanija GRC”;
2. The corresponding electric supply quality is not provided for the electric part o the PRODUCTION;
3. If the Client has not completely paid for the PRODUCTION, including the delay sum and penalties, if such are;
4. If there are or have been the Force Majeure circumstances;
5. If the car maintenance is performed by the cleaners, which dissolve the colour or lacquer, or by the means, which scratches the covering, including polishing;
6. If the car is washed in the automatic car washing places during the first 30 days after it is accepted. If the car is washed in the washing places by hands, the Client must maintain that the Advertisement object is not damaged or torn off by the pressure of water spout, caused by the high-pressure washing equipment.
7. If it is not expressed in written form;
8. If the car before the plastering was unwashed or waxed;
9. If the damages are caused due to the incorrect transportation, storage or installation (excepting the cases, when the installation is performed by LLC ”Reklamas kompanija GRC”) or, if the damage is caused, because the PRODUCTION is used not for the irrelevant purposes, places, etc.;
10. If the type of fastening differs from the one stated by the producer or LLC “Reklamas kompanija GRC” or, if the damages are caused due to the installation faults (excepting the cases, when the installation is performed by LLC ”Reklamas kompanija GRC”);
11. If the masts or flags are damaged because the flag was not drawn down during the storm;
12. If the flag, which is used for the mast is larger than foreseen;
13. If there is a standard depreciation;
14. If the production was not installed by LLC “Reklamas kompanija GRC”;
15. If the Production, which was not installed by LLC “Reklamas kompanija GRC”, is not delivered to the place specified by the LLC “Reklamas kompanija GRC” authorized representative, i.e. in Workshop or Office;
16. If LLC “Reklamas kompanija GRC” was not duly informed about the damages in written form;
17. If the guarantee maintenance or the repair is demanded by the third person, even if authorized;
18. If all the documents connected with the Product production, selling, delivery and installation are not executed correspondingly;
19. If the damages of the Production have appeared when the production was mechanically damaged, even if accidentally;
20. If the client submits the advertisement materials in the irrelevant quality.
LLC “Reklamas kompanija GRC” will not compensate any expenses or damages, which are caused to the Third persons or the Client, excepting the cases which are specified by the competent state or municipal authorities or court of the
